How it works. Each lead lands in Copper as a People record with name, email, phone, and every custom form field mapped to the matching Copper custom field. UTM parameters and ad-account metadata are preserved, so downstream attribution and reporting still work. Owner assignment is configurable per ad campaign or per source.
